Nonprofit Sues HHS to Immediately Stop Emergency Use Authorization of COVID-19 Vaccines –Lawsuit citing whistleblower’s claim that the true deaths following vaccination are much higher than reported | 22 July 2021 | America’s Frontline Doctors, a nonprofit, filed a motion on July 19 seeking immediate injunctive relief to stop the emergency use authorization (EUA) of COVID-19 vaccines for three groups of Americans: anyone under the age of 18, anyone who has recovered from COVID-19, and those who haven’t given informed consent as defined by federal law. The motion was filed against Xavier Becerra, Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and other defendants in a federal district court in the Northern District of Alabama. “The emergency declaration and its multiple renewals are illegal,” the complaint alleges… Jane Doe, a computer programmer with expertise in the health care data analytics field, filed a sworn statement indicating that the actual number of deaths following the COVID-19 vaccination is about 45,000.
Lawsuit Filed Against CDC Over ‘Sworn Declaration’ By Whistleblower Claiming 45,000 Deaths Were Reported to VAERS –All Deaths Took Place Within Three Days of COVID-19 Shots | 19 July 2021 | Ohio-based Attorney Thomas Renz was one of several speakers this past weekend at a conference in Anaheim, California, where he announced that with the help of America’s Frontline Doctors, he was filing a federal lawsuit in Alabama based on a “sworn declaration, under threat of perjury,” from an alleged whistleblower who claims to have inside knowledge of a cover-up of reported deaths filed with the VAERS, which is operated by the CDC. This whistleblower has allegedly claimed, under oath, that there are at least 45,000 reported deaths that have occurred within 3 days of receiving a COVID-19 “vaccine.” Renz states that this report of 45,000 deaths is just from “one system” that reports to VAERS.
Spike in Death Reports Following COVID-19 Vaccination Caused by a Mistake – CDC | 21 July 2021 | A sudden jump in the post-COVID-19 vaccination death reports is not correct and was the result of an “error,” according to a U.S. health agency. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on Friday said a passive reporting system it runs with the Food and Drug Administration had received 12,313 reports of death among those who received a COVID-19 vaccine. That was a sharp increase from the previous number of reports, 6,079.

In a memo issued to teams Thursday, the NFL said if a game is unable to be rescheduled during the 18-week regular-season window due to a COVID-19 outbreak among unvaccinated players, the team experiencing the outbreak will be forced to forfeit the game. Department of Justice Opts Against Probing Michigan, Pennsylvania Nursing Home COVID-19 Policies | 23 July 2021 | The Department of Justice has chosen not to investigate how the governors of Michigan and Pennsylvania ordered nursing homes to accept residents who had tested positive for COVID-19. Steven Rosenbaum, a top Department of Justice (DOJ) official, wrote letters on July 22 to the offices of Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer and Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf, both Democrats, to inform them of the decision. “We have reviewed the information you provided along with additional information available to the Department. Based on that review, we have decided not to open a CRIPA investigation of any public nursing facility within Michigan at this time,” Rosenbaum informed Whitmer in the letter, which was obtained by The Epoch Times. CRIPA refers to the Civil Rights of Institutionalized Persons Act… The DOJ in August 2020 [under Trump] requested data from the governors of Michigan, Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey regarding how the governors ordered nursing homes to accept COVID-positive residents despite concerns from a variety of groups and officials about the policies potentially leading to more deaths.

Freedom Caucus pushes McCarthy to oust Pelosi as speaker over Jan. 6 committee | 23 July 2021 | Members of the House Freedom Caucus are calling on Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy to use a procedural tactic to remove Speaker Nancy Pelosi from her leadership post, citing her decision to block Reps. Jim Banks and Jim Jordan from the Jan. 6 select committee. In a letter sent to McCarthy (R-Calif.) on Friday, the conservative group accused Pelosi (D-Calif.) of holding “an authoritarian reign” over the lower chamber, arguing her recent actions warrant moving forward with vacating the chair. “We, the House Freedom Caucus, respectfully request that you pursue the authorization of the House Republican Conference, pursuant to Conference rules, to file and bring up a privileged motion by July 31, 2021, to vacate the chair and end Nancy Pelosi’s authoritarian reign as Speaker of the House,” they wrote.

Pelosi rejected Reps. Jim Banks (R-Ind.) and Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), both of whom had objected to 2020 electoral results during the joint session of Congress held on Jan. 6. FBI Was Behind Plot to Kidnap Michigan Governor | 20 July 2021 | In the inky darkness of a late summer night last September, three cars filled with armed men began circling Birch Lake in northern Michigan, looking for ways to approach Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s three-bedroom vacation cottage, subdue her — using a stun gun if necessary — and drag her away…The government has documented at least 12 confidential informants who assisted in the sprawling investigation. An examination of the case by BuzzFeed News also reveals that some of those informants, acting under the direction of the FBI, played a far larger role than has previously been reported. Working in secret, they did more than just passively observe and report on the actions of the suspects. Instead, they had a hand in nearly every aspect of the alleged plot, starting with its inception. The extent of their involvement raises questions as to whether there would have even been a conspiracy without them.
