In Curacao (a caribbean island, part of the Kingdom of the
Netherlands) an emergency law, now under consideration, would basically take its people back to slavery days.The law forbids people to protest, computers/ phones can be ceased without a warrant, people are forbidden to express criticism (!) in any way shape or form (even thoughts and feelings). Property can be disowned, house searches are allowed without any ID necessary, phone-taps are allowed without a warrant. And so on and so on. People who disagree will be deported to some unknown place.
