As of last July 30, Openvaers.com, an organization that monitors the VAERS online database, reported the following adverse events have been reported to the agency:

12,366 deaths

46,036 hospitalizations

68,040 urgent care visits

4,759 cases of anaphylaxis

4,044 cases of Bell’s palsy

On Saturday, Protesters took to the streets in France and Italy in opposition to COVID rules that they say infringe on their civil liberties but which officials argue are needed to curb the coronavirus pandemic. The protests come as European countries double down on efforts to get wide portions of their populations vaccinated in the face of the spreading delta variant — and in a bid to avoid further lockdowns.

LANSING, Mich.—About 800 protesters gathered Friday afternoon on the grounds outside the Michigan State Capitol to rally against government mandates for vaccinations and masks.
In a call for residents to push back against the government’s increasingly intrusive health policies and protect Americans’ rights during the pandemic, Tammy Clark, executive director of the conservative group “Stand Up Michigan,” encouraged the audience to let their voices be heard through non-violent civil disobedience.
“If we don’t stop this now, we won’t get another chance,” Clark said. “Let’s show the government that the employees of this country will not tolerate this tyranny. We have inalienable rights and we are not going to give them up. We must refuse to comply with the vaccine mandates and forced mask-wearing at all costs. If you lose your job, go out and get another job!”

Among the many health care workers in the crowd were two cousins, Beatrice and Christina, both nurses who potentially face losing their jobs if they do not take the vaccine.
Beatrice, a nurse from Troy, Michigan, told The Epoch Times, “Being forced to take the shot or lose your job is like me telling a patient, ‘Take your pills or I won’t feed you, bathe you, or care for you.’ Both instances violate the nurse’s code of ethics.”

The headline in that Daily Expose piece—”Last surviving prosecutor of Nuremberg Trials tells those fighting back against medical tyranny now to ‘Never give up'”—is misleading, as it implies that Ferencz has weighed in on the struggle “now” ongoing against COVID-19 “vaccine” mandates /passports, etc., and has come down on our side.

But he has not. His exhortation—”Never give up”—is (as one subscriber has observed) “generic,” and so was not meant as encouragement to those of us who see his work at Nuremberg as crucial to our work against what’s happening today. 

Of course, that “outbreak” is a matter of people “testing positive,” which means nothing. just as such “vaccination” isn’t vaccination.

In any case, this story is yet further evidence that it’s not “the unvaccinated” who are driving “breakthrough cases”—which is why “our free press” won’t report it, just as they did not report the fact that, early on in the “pandemic,” 80% of the guests on Carnival’s Diamond Princess did not test positive, despite the cramped quarters, suggesting (along with other evidence) that the vast majority of the general population are naturally immune to COVID-19 (whatever that may be).

Excerpts can be found below.

The video appears to contain several inaccuracies. It is unclear whether Mr. King fully understands the legal process he is involved in. It appears that Mr. King was unsuccessful in his attempt to subpoena Alberta’s Chief Medical Health Officer. In the government’s filed Originating Application, July 16, 2021, the government notes Mr. King obtained a subpoena for the CMOH Dr. Deena Hinshaw to give evidence in the Provincial Court proceeding (the ticket case). The subpoena was issued by a Justice of the Peace under the Criminal Code, requesting the CMOH bring “all white papers describing the isolation of the COIVD-19 aka SARS-CoV-2 virus in human beings, directly from a sample taken from a diseased patient”, because “these white papers would have been integral in the crafting of the statutes made under the “Public Health Act” here in Alberta.”

The Government argued the subpoena was technically deficient and the Justice of the Peace had no jurisdiction to issue it. The Government further stated, Mr. King has “no evidence” showing that “the evidence sought from the CMOH is likely to be material” [legal term for meaning relevant and related] to the provincial court ticket received. “It is clear that Mr. King seeks evidence relating to the rationale for orders issued by the CMOH under the Act: he seeks evidence about the ‘Crafting of the statutes’,” stated the Government’s Affidavit. There do not appear to be any critical admissions by Dr. Hinshaw about the SARS-CoV-2 virus and this document has been prepared by the government’s legal team, not Dr. Hinshaw.

“The Provincial Court proceeding is about the December 5, 2020 enforcement of the law (when Mr. King was issued the ticket), not the rational for the law. The CMOH does not have, and Mr. King does not seek from the CMOH, any evidence about the ticket issued to Mr. King,” states the Government Affidavit. The Judge hearing the case informed the Accused, Mr. Patrick King, that he had not properly filed a Charter challenge against the law as required to fight the law itself, and thus could only address the ticket issued to him.

There is no indication that Mr. King’s case is connected to the relaxing of Covid restrictions in Alberta which fully opened on July 1, 2021. The government of Alberta states they have opened the province due to achieving the government’s stated goal of 70% of Albertans receiving their first vaccine.

The Justice Centre’s Charter challenge against lockdowns, first filed in December 2020, is still proceeding in Court.

The transcript excerpts, beginning page 60, line 14:

JUDGE: So Mr. King, that is the Crown’s case against you. They are done calling evidence. So now, this is your opportunity to decide whether you want to call any evidence yourself, whether that is yourself or other witnesses.

The poll came from Survey USA and the San Diego Union Tribune, and was conducted among 1,100 Californians from Aug. 2 to Aug. 4. It found that 51% of respondents were in favor of recalling Newsom, while only 40% wanted to keep him in power. The previous Survey USA/San Diego Union Tribune poll from May found 36% in favor of the recall with 47% opposed.

Woman files criminal complaint against Gov. Cuomo in Albany | 6 Aug 2021 | A former New York State employee has filed a criminal complaint against New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo with the Albany County Sheriff’s Office, a spokeswoman told ABC News. This is believed to be the first complaint filed against the embattled governor in wake of Tuesday’s Attorney General report which concluded he violated state and federal law in sexually harassing at least 11 women. Fourth police officer who responded to Capitol riot dies of ‘suicide’ | 2 Aug 2021 | A Washington, DC police officer who responded to the deadly riot at the US Capitol on Jan. 6 took his own life last month, making him the fourth law enforcement officer who took part in the events of that day to [allegedly] die by his own hand. Officer Kyle DeFreytag helped enforce the curfew put in place after hundreds of supporters of then-President Donald Trump breached the Capitol building in an effort to disrupt the certification of the 2020 election results, The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) told WUSA.

Alexis Saborit, 42, is charged with brutally murdering his 55-year-old girlfriend, America Mafalda Thayer, while they were sitting in traffic in suburban Minneapolis last week. Thayer’s body and decapitated head were found dumped by her car in the middle of an intersection on July 28. It has since emerged that Saborit, who is charged with second-degree intentional murder, was in the US illegally from Cuba, Alpha News reports.

Missouri AG Eric Schmitt bashes Cori Bush for calls to defund police – while hiring private security | 5 Aug 2021 | Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt (R) slammed progressive Rep. Cori Bush (D-Mo.) for calling to defund the police while hiring private security, telling The Post that her comments are “hypocritical” and a “slap in the face” to victims of crime in the state. Bush has come under fire by Republicans in the wake of reports that the Missouri Democrat spent 70,000 on a private security detail over the course of three months despite her push to reduce funding for law enforcement. But Schmitt, who is running for Senate, accused Bush of failing to prioritize the safety of her constituents despite ensuring she is protected from threats, noting that St. Lewis, which is her district, saw a 50-year high in homicides in 2020.

Dixie Fire grows 100,000 acres in 24 hours, becoming third largest in Calif. history | 6 Aug 2021 | Update Aug. 6, 8:23 p.m.: The Dixie Fire grew slightly, to 434,813 acres, with containment at just 21%, according to Cal Fire’s update on Friday evening. California’s largest wildfire this year grew more than 100,000 acres in 24 hours, with its total burn area increasing from 322,502 acres Thursday to 432,813 acres Friday morning, making it the third largest blaze in state history.
