Cuomo announced the Excelsior Pass Plus yesterday (https://www.governor.ny.gov/news/governor-cuomo-announces-launch-excelsior-pass-plus-support-safe-secure-return-tourism-and), and it should be much bigger news among the resistance than it is. In effect, the pass is being tied into a system called SMART Health Cards, a global health information registry that was developed by VCI. VCI members include Google, Apple, Microsoft, and numerous healthcare organizations (https://vci.org/about#smart-health). They have developed a common pass that can be used worldwide, and if it takes off it could be used to store all our health data. It could pave the way for a social credit system and permanent, global, biosecurity society. We cannot sleep on this.

For the past five years, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) via the National Natural Science Foundation (NSFC) of China has maintained a partnership with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation that involves conducting scientific research into, you guessed it: bat coronaviruses.
The National Pulse published an in-depth exposé into the partnership, revealing that the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) has been conducting research on bat coronaviruses alongside the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation at the infamous Wuhan Institute of Virology, which is where the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) is believed to have “escaped” after being sent there by Ralph Baric from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
The state-owned scientific group says it is “guided by President Xi Jinping’s Socialist thoughts,” which normally involve creating “strategic cooperative agreements” with the CCP’s Central Military Commission. However, the Gates Foundation got involved back in 2015, signing a memorandum of understanding with the NSFC to “jointly support research projects and bilateral workshops.”
“Together, the Gates Foundation and NSFC would ‘co-fund awards of up to US$1M and 4 years for collaborations between Chinese and international investigators,’” writes Natalie Winters for The National Pulse, highlighting key points from the Gates Foundation memo.

As of this writing, the Gates Foundation is still working with the NSFC on Fauci Flu research. It was identified as one of several CCP-run scientific organizations that “partnered” with the regime on a $5 million grant to “identify and confirm cases, safely isolate and care for patients and accelerate the development of treatments and vaccines.”
On several occasions, representatives from the NSFC have visited the Gates Foundation headquarters in Seattle to discuss new projects. Vice President Hou Zengqian made an appearance there in October 2019. Back in 2016, an NSFC delegation also met with the Gates Foundation Deputy Director of Discovery & Translational Sciences.
One of the reasons you probably never heard anything about this is because the Gates Foundation controls most major “news” outlets, steering what gets reported to shine favorably on Gates and his endeavors at all times.
Fortunately, that stranglehold of censorship is beginning to show some cracks as the Pulse and others unearth truths that link Gates and his cronies to the Chinese Virus plandemic.
Gates also held his infamous “Event 201” pandemic exercise back in the fall of 2019, just months before the Fauci Flu was announced by the mainstream media as a scary new threat for which we need to give up our freedoms.
Event 201 depicted a public-private partnership almost exactly like the one that we now know exists between the Gates Foundation and communist China being used to usher in a new world order on the back of a deadly disease scare.
Gates was clearly announcing the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) plandemic before it happened, and very few people seemed to notice at the time. More people sure are connecting the dots these days, however.

Mark, FYI. So, in California now, I am not able to visit my wife in a hospital or visit a parent in a retirement care home without a vaccine or test. Unbelievable. I hope we are able to vote our governor out on Sept. 14.

As of Wednesday, August 11, a health order from the state of California requires hospital visitors to provide proof they’re fully vaccinated or had a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours in order to enter our hospitals to visit/accompany a patient.
This policy includes partners or support persons for laboring patients. Please plan accordingly if you’re expecting a baby.
While the order includes ICU and emergency departments, limited exceptions are allowed for visits related to end-of-life, guardians accompanying minors or those support persons determined to be essential to facilitating care.
Please note that rapid testing for COVID-19 will not be available onsite at our facilities. Find acceptable proof of vaccination options and find out where you can get tested.

Healthcare Personnel Vaccination
At Sutter, our first priority remains doing our best to protect the health of our patients, providers and employees. Which is why last Wednesday, we announced that by the end of September, all personnel in our facilities are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 (with limited legal exceptions). Dan, I’m sharing this reply with everyone, as I wish to push an urgent topic to the forefront of everyone’s thoughts.
I expect to see the above complaint more frequently as time goes on. GMail is interfering with the free flow of e-mail. Expect the same from AOL, Yahoo, Outlook, and many other popular mail providers.
I’m not going to supply a link to qualify what I’ve said. It makes no difference to me if anyone believes me or not. I know it to be fact. I can’t tell you when to expect this to become obvious, or what providers, specifically, will follow GMail first, or are already following them now.
As you’ve read from me already, Google’s algorithms are actively searching everyone’s e-mail content and sharing certain results of that with the intelligence community. It’s only a matter of time before one of us could regret sharing something that hits a nerve.
If we’re going to talk about the stuff we’re talking about, knowing full well that certain groups are working against that kind of freedom, we need to take this very seriously. This is not an “invisible threat”, like the CV19 bogeyman, asking for forfeiture of your freedom. Do not engage in any such comparative. I’m talking about a quantifiable attack on your freedom that is proving itself.
If we’re going to continue these group threads, everyone needs to be encrypted, and ideally using the same mail provider, to keep the conversations in an encrypted space. Since a few of us are already using Protonmail, and since Proton is currently the safest provider, I would strongly urge the rest of the group to open a Proton account as well.
To be clear, I’m just asking that this group use Proton to conduct these conversations, and only these conversations. Keep your other mail for regular business, and for exchanges that don’t include our Proton addresses. No need to change your business card info, or anything else.
I don’t ask this of you lightly. As you know, I follow this stuff very closely, and I’m telling you simply, it’s time to encrypt, and its time to be more careful of who you’re sending to and forwarding from. It’s time to acknowledge the present reality and react to it before it bites someone really hard.
I ask this for your sakes. I’ve broken my usual protocol in order to keep contact with this group, but I have a certain number of things in place to protect myself. But I know none of you do. I’m not that worried about myself, but I also know my current setup cannot be relied on forever, either. I, too, must tighten a few screws soon.
In approximately 2-3 weeks, I will be shutting the door on non-encrypted providers to this Proton box. I believe Lila related this same intelligent decision last week. I also really want to see this whole group continue. I maintained contact with you all because I value knowing every one of you, and don’t want to lose any of you.
I’ve touched on this subject before, and have fielded questions from a number of you about it, but I haven’t imposed my opinions on the group. I don’t believe in “telling people what to do”, and we’ve all had enough of that kind of thing in the last 18 months. I’m making the plea now, as it needs to be made.
Proton is easy to use, and it’s free (or you can pay for enhanced services, if you wish). If you use a cell phone, you can still access it without worrying about the content being spied on. If you value this group as much as I do, please consider making this a Protonmail group, before too many more messages get intercepted or blocked. We’ve already sharing enough content to get someone flagged now.
