In a 3-0 ruling, a Naval administrative procedures board declared unanimously that Lt. Billy Moseley was not guilty of “misconduct” for refusing the needle. In making this ruling, the board also acknowledged that the order to undergo this injection was an unlawful one since the military has not made available to its members a “fully-approved” “vaccine” – only “interchangeable” ones. (That goes for all of us!)
