Sorry Mark. Not one of your better posts. I’m all for hearing ‘conservative’ viewpoints; but their ‘economists’ are typically consent-manufactures; i.e., refusing to acknowledge CLASS, making this a Democrat (“bad”) vs Trump (“good”) thing, when the two wings of the one war party are working together. Anyone who quotes ‘associate’ Thomas Friedman has a credibility problem right off the bat, (imo). The Chinese govt may well be “in” on the Pandemic, (along with Fauci, etc) but I’d be very cautious about promoting any ‘China bashing’ perspectives, because the author you cited is (ideologically) helping the build-up to war.
