Mark, I’ve been reading and working on this same topic today. Here are what I’ve found:
Drafted on August 9, 1947, the Nuremberg code, states explicit voluntary consent from patients are required for human experimentation. It requires voluntary consent of the human subject. The Nuremberg Code requires respect for Informed Consent, without “the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion…”
The UN Declaration on BioEthics, negotiated in Geneva, Article 6, Consent, states: “ Any preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic medical intervention is only to be carried out with the prior, free and informed consent of the person concerned, based on adequate information. The consent should, where appropriate, be express and may be withdrawn by the person concerned at any time and for any reason without disadvantage or prejudice.
Persons must exert their right not to be vaccinated because silence may be taken as assent. Write or state:
“I do not give Informed Consent, actual, assumed, deemed, implied or otherwise, to any form of vaccination, whether by injection, ingestion, transdermal, inhalation or other means.” Or simply
“I do not give Informed Consent to be vaccinated.”
