DoJ argues that government can kill US citizens at will if “state secrets” are involved

This is where the US has been headed since the PATRIOT Act, followed by Obama’s killing US citizens abroad without a trial, on grounds of “terrorism,” and the kidnapping and show trial of Julian Assange.
