This finding raises the question as to whether that surplus of reported COVID-19 deaths might actually include deaths due to hypoxia, or some other consequence of prolonged mask-wearing.

Okay, I see the documentation on the states that require facemarks. Where is the documentation on deaths per million?
The deaths per million between states requiring face masks and not requiring face masks are included in the chart of this post.
