Last week the governor issued an order that everyone has to wear a mask in all public places, even outside, and even when they can maintain 6 feet of distance. The exception to this rule is if you can get a doctor’s note. My employee who has asthma, and is prone to panic attacks, went to her doctor to get a note today. The doctor informed her that the governor issued a separate order last week, directing doctors not to give any notes excusing patients from wearing masks unless they have a physical deformity.

We’re talking about a country with 487 COVID deaths and 27,799 COVID “cases.” Keep in mind that total population in South Korea is roughly 51.5 million. That equates to COVID fatality rate of 0.0009% and COVID infection rate of 0.05%.
