Quinnipiac University will fine “unvaccinated” students up to $2,275 per semester, AND cut their Internet access

Why would anyone apply to a college costing $49,000+ in annual tuition, and $15,000+ for room and board, and requiring COVID-19 “vaccination”?  

So is Quinnipiac trying to shut down? Do they—that is, their trustees—want to downsize, and sell off their real estate? Or is this just the same fanatical stupidity that’s overtaken schools all over?
