South Africa goes full-on bio-fascist with new Level 3 lockdown “adjusted” for maximum oppression, minimum benefit to public health

There is no medical basis for these draconian measures, which will only make South Africa’s COVID crisis worse. (So who’s advising them? Or, rather, is the WHO advising them?)
