Why does Congress keep on getting re-elected? (Or does it?)

This headline poses a good question: Why do almost all Congresspersons get "re-elected" time and time again, despite Congress' very low approval rating?T

he simplest, most convincing answer to that question is that that multitude of party hacks, or many of them, probably aren't getting re-elected, but owe their anomalous tenure to the absolute corruption of "our" voting system—a fact that Forbes, and all the rest of "our free press," cannot and/or will not even conceive, much less report, or note in their reporting. To them, it's, like, the money, or whatever other "reason" is more tolerable than the appalling truth.
