From Lauren Hallahan:
Where is the democratic party? If this guy does not want to do the work, or is unable to do work that has been done by officials before him, he should step down. A very public process is so locked down via private corporations, like sourcecode being “vendor proprietary” information. And, this crap keeps coming out of Pasco. Where is the democratic leadership? Nothing about this should be private.

NEW PORT RICHEY – With estimated savings of up to $50,000 during election years, Pasco County Supervisor of Elections Brian Corley cast his vote to outsource absentee ballots to a private company.
Absentee Ballot Solutions will take over the chores that Corley’s staff had been handling.
Now it’s going to be computerized through the contractor, Corley said of processing ballots by mail. Some major Pasco elections can generate 15,000 to 25,000 such ballots.
