TOKYO ELECTRIC TO BUILD US NUCLEAR PLANTS
The no-BS info on Japan’s disastrous nuclear operators
by Greg Palast
New York – March 14, 2011
I need to speak to you, not as a reporter, but in my former capacity as lead investigator in several government nuclear plant fraud and racketeering investigations.
I don’t know the law in Japan, so I can’t tell you if Tokyo Electric Power Co (TEPCO) can plead insanity to the homicides about to happen.
But what will Obama plead? The Administration, just months ago, asked Congress to provide a $4 billion loan guarantee for two new nuclear reactors to be built and operated on the Gulf Coast of Texas — by Tokyo Electric Power and local partners. As if the Gulf hasn’t suffered enough.

Where is the Constitution does it specifically charge the President with “letting” any company build ANYTHING? Please direct me to this Article or Clause.

so,obama has decided to let Tokyo build nuclear power plants here? so obama got 1 question for u do u learn from other nations disasters or do u promote them to the us? if u build nuclear power plants along the shore or anywhere near youre promoting disasters …. what happens when all lakes/oceans are full of radiation whose to blame .. u ,no the world is to blame for its ignorance so the question is are you gunna be apart of the ignorance?
Matthew Sprinkle/fortworth tx says:
iight enough with the talk lets fix this problem you gotta build a huge football stadium made out of titanium f around the place have helicopters bring it over the affected location look at the oil spill that last happened howd u guys fix that and do the same thing this should be a piece of cake seeing its not deep in the ocean right?ind a way to filter out the radiation out of the water and for the worlds sake do not put nuclear power plants near or even close to the beach or coast keep it 2k miles away atleast err as far as possible yea it may be a big number $$ wise but the earth knows no value cash is cash but the world is our life no price
