Doctor who filmed naked patients gets 4 months’ suspension, $3,000 fine

The guy should move to the US, and run for office as a “family values” candidate.

Then he can do anything he wants, and pay no fine at all!


Doctor suspended for filming his naked patients

Dr. Barry Rabinovitch, a 56-year-old lung specialist at the Montreal Chest Institute, has been suspending after admitting to filming his patients naked.

MONTREAL – A doctor at the Montreal Chest Institute has been suspended for using a hidden camera to film his naked patients.

Quebec’s College of Physicians has suspended Dr. Barry Rabinovitch after admitting to the disciplinary board that he filmed more than a dozen female patients in various stages of undress in the examining room in 2009.

In a decision released Tuesday, the College of Physicians called the violations “serious” because of both their nature and because the doctor was in a position of authority.

  2. Big surprise, another sexual offender gets a lenient punishment.. Had the Dr been stealing I’m sure he would have been fired. Its sickening to see how violations against women are handled (or not handled).
