  • Well, a couple or three, perhaps interrelated, thoughts. First off, it was a “left-wing dope smoker” (yeah, right) that did the deed, and not a “Sarah Palin tea partier”. But more to the point Sarah, where is there any semblance of an apology for your actions of before, i.e., for your little map with cross-hair targets on it? At the very least, that kind of activity is in poor taste, don’t you agree (now)? Why can’t/don’t you say something like that? Finally, stop giving Christians everywhere a bad name, (assuming that you are unrepentant for your e-vile invective against fellow human beings, that is), by thinking that you can spew whatever invective you want to against people, and then when tragedy befalls them, you can absolve yourself by twitting out a “prayer”.

I just don’t get the warm feeling that your condolences are “sincere” at all.

  • Sarah Palin’s You Tube video is among the most self-serving, and vile things I’ve ever seen- it’s also not insignifigant that William Kristol is her manager/chief strategist. The right-wing spin machine never stops and the rest of our corporate media is all too willing and comlicit in their agenda. I like how the right is cherry picking books from Jared Loughner’s “reading list” and painting him as a”liberal” (not to mention the pot-smoking which, by the way, Libertarian’s indulge in heavily)- I personally don’t know any people on the left who read “Mein Kemph”, Ayn Rand, or own a gun. And Sarah, both sides may use “maps”, but both sides don’t have rifle crosshairs on very specific targets on their maps (which upon hearing the news of the shootings, your first instinct seems to have been to have your people remove the target crosshairs from your website), urge their followers to “not retreat, but RELOAD”, pose with high-powered rifles in numerous photographs, have the actual victim who took a bullet to the brain express concerns while specifically mentioning your name before the fact, and have “collegues” like Sharon Angle call for “2nd Amendment remedies”.
Always the victim poor, poor Sarah. If it isn’t that big bad Katty Curic, or Charles Gibson trying to get a coherent answer out of you while you run for the second highest office in the land (to which you once asked to a national, televised audience, “What does the Vice-President really do????), our “North Korean allies”, a “Family Guy” episode, and now this. I’m ranting and, of couse, I could go on, but I’ll say that if Barbara Bush has ever said one wise, and worthwhile thing in her life, it’s that Palin “is from Alaska..she should probably stay there”. P.S.- that was another example she sited of her endless victimization to which she defiantly called Lady Bush a “blueblood”- as opposed to her pull yourself up from your bikini clad bootstraps, and shooting moose frm the elevated vantage point of a helicopter backround. Again, I apologize for the length of the rant.
