PA Sec. of Commonwealth resigns, joins voting tech company

Pennsylvania’s first Latino cabinet member and longest serving Secretary of the Commonwealth has resigned to take job with a voting systems technology firm.

Secretary of the Commonwealth Pedro A. Cortés announced Wednesday he will resign June 11 to become the executive vice president of Everyone Counts, a company specializing in military and overseas voting technology.
