Voting in the Texas legislature

From Paul Lehto:

Well here’s some interesting video Texas state legislators of both
parties double, triple and quadruple voting against the rules of the
Texas House prohibiting more than one vote, they even cross party
lines to vote more than once on occasion. (See the video).

I’m just wondering if lawmakers will openly break the rules of the
legislature on camera to vote more than once, would any of them take
advantage of the computerized secret vote counting to vote “more than
once” when it definitely can’t be caught on video tape like this?

P.S. Video circulated to me, though not originally sourced by to the
best of my knowledge, Black Box Voting.
