This is great–and would, of course, have happened long ago in any real republic–
but it must not be allowed to turn the festering US Attorney scandal into “old news.”
As that mess has everything to do with the Busheviks’ grand program of election fraud,
the Democrats must keep on digging into it long after Torture Boy’s belated exit.

Breaking: Attorney General Alberto Gonzales resigns, effective 17 September 2007 —Attorney general on Friday told Bush, who ‘very reluctantly accepted it’ 27 Aug 2007 Embattled Attorney General Alberto Gonzales (aka Tortureboy), under fire from congressional Democrats and even some Republicans, has resigned. Gonzales spoke to President [sic] Bush by telephone on Friday and then visited him at his Crawford, Texas, ranch on Sunday where he formally submitted his letter of resignation, a senior administration official said.
