Spike Lee's documentary masterpiece

This comes from Eileen Sutton, who, if anything, is understating the importance of Spike Lee’s new film:

Katrina Documentary: A Must See

Spike Lee’s new documentary on Katrina, now showing on HBO, is an absolutely magnificent, important and heart-breaking work. If you are in NYC and you have Time Warner cable, you can order HBO and HBO on Demand for a 30-day free trial and cancel it after you see the film. It will be shown on August 29 in its entirety from 8-12 p.m. As of August 30, the film will also be available on HBO on Demand, so you can see it at any time of the day or night.

  1. Congratulations to Spike Lee. I’m looking forward to his documentary. I hope that this will show the faces of Katrina – the dreadful as well as the hopeful, the plight of the citizens as well as the brave men and women who worked hard there.
